LASER CUTTING

Prima Industrie laser cutting machine with a 3000x1500mm working range and a 2500W ROFIN SINAR resonator capable of cutting IRON up to 20mm thick, ALUMINUM up to 3mm thick, and STAINLESS STEEL up to 5mm thick. The laser is equipped with automatic loading/unloading, ensuring continuous processing 24 hours a day.

PUNCHING

We have a Trumpf CNC punching machine equipped with a rotating head and turret capable of holding 10 tools.
Working area 2700×1300 mm with recovery capability.

SHEET METAL BENDING

Equipped with 4 numerically controlled hydraulic bending machines and a graphic viewer, we can bend sheet metal up to a maximum length of 4 metres, a measurement often requested by those working in the construction sector (e.g. gutters, roofs).

TRUMPF COMBINED LASER-PUNCH MACHINE

It allows us to operate simultaneously on the two processes so that we can obtain laser cutting and deformations or threads at the same time.

We can thread and deform while maintaining laser-cut profiles.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

We have a dedicated packaging facility for our products.
Everything is handled with the utmost care to prevent any damage to the goods during transportation or exposure to the elements.

SHEARING

We are able to shear sheet metal up to a maximum length of 4 meters and a maximum thickness of 5 mm.

WELDING AND ASSEMBLY OF PARTS

Wire welding and TIG welding.
We offer all metalworking assembly operations.
We offer a comprehensive service, integrating the parts we manufacture with any additional components (e.g., handles, bearings, inserts, etc.) until we achieve the complete product.
